How we work
One team, one plan, from first sketch to final paver
Coordinating separate trades is where outdoor projects usually go wrong. Arco designs and installs in house, so the same team is accountable for the whole space.

A designer visits your property, measures the space, and talks through how you actually want to use it — dining, entertaining, shade, pets, parking.

Design & proposal
You see the layout and the material options together — paver patterns, stone tones, coping, structures — with an itemised proposal to approve before anything starts.

Permits & approvals
We establish what your specific address requires and file for the work we carry out. Where a community association also reviews plans, that track runs alongside the municipal one.

Preparation
Excavation, base preparation, compaction and drainage. It is the part nobody sees and the part that decides whether the surface still looks right years from now.

Installation
Hardscaping, structures, turf and fencing are sequenced by one crew rather than handed between subcontractors, with the site cleaned down as work progresses.

Parkland, Davie, Weston, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs and Boca Raton are among the markets we serve most often — you can see the full list on our service areas page. If your address is nearby but not listed, call and ask.
Is Arco Outdoors licensed, and how do I check?
We hold Florida Certified Building Contractor licence CBC1269393. The number is printed in the footer of every page precisely so you can check it yourself at the Florida DBPR licence lookup rather than taking our word for it. Ask us for a current certificate of insurance too, naming you as certificate holder — any contractor should provide one on request, and you should ask every contractor you shortlist, not just us.
Can one contractor really handle an entire outdoor remodel?
That is the reason Arco exists. Rather than hiring a paver installer, a carpenter for the pergola, a separate turf company and a fencing crew — then coordinating them yourself — one team designs and builds the whole space. We cover paver installation, patios, driveways, pool decks, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, tiki huts, artificial turf, fencing and impact windows & doors.
What happens during the free consultation?
A designer comes to your property, measures the area, and walks you through the material options that suit it. You leave with an understanding of what the space could become and a written estimate — with no obligation to proceed.
What about permits?
Permitting requirements differ from one South Florida municipality to the next, and they depend on what you are building — a paver patio and a roofed structure are not treated the same way. We review what applies to your specific project during the on-site consultation, so there are no surprises after you have committed.
